That lyric from Phish perfectly captures how Hayley Stein, a Labor and Delivery RN — and reallllllly big Phish fan — came to create Phlow IV, a wellness company born from her love of music, health, and a touch of serendipity.
Hayley’s path to founding Phlow wasn’t a straight line. What started as a difficult professional setback early in her nursing career became a powerful reminder not to “blame it on yourself.” Leaving a toxic work environment opened the door to something far greater — a business idea that blended her passion for wellness, music, and authentic connection.
While working as an infusion nurse for a large IV company after that turning point, Hayley regularly provided treatments for a well-known musician and gained firsthand insight into the physical and mental toll of life on the road. Their conversations about the challenges musicians face — and what could help them stay healthy and balanced — inspired Hayley to take a leap and create something of her own. Fueled by those exchanges and the music that’s always moved her, Phlow IV was born — a nod to both the flow state and the Phish lyric that started it all: “Surrender to the Phlow.”
Not long after, a serendipitous series of events led Hayley backstage at The Capitol Theatre, where she had the opportunity to provide IV therapy for a world-renowned musician — her favorite guitarist and lifelong inspiration. In that moment, everything felt perfectly aligned — a reminder that when you move in your own rhythm, “please me, have no regrets.”
Today, through Phlow IV, Hayley, and her team of RNs, bring wellness, balance, and recovery to artists, fans, and anyone seeking to stay grounded in their own rhythm. Whether it’s vitamin IV drips, medical care, weight management, or mindful recovery experiences, Phlow helps people feel clear, hydrated, and connected — so they can keep showing up for the things and people they love most.

Jean-Carlos Jimenez
Jean-Carlos Jimenez is a dedicated medical doctor with a passion for providing exceptional care to his patients. Originally from Staten Island, NY, Dr. Jimenez embarked on his medical journey with a residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL, followed by further training at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center, NYMC affiliate in Yonkers, NY. With board certification in Family Medicine, Dr. Jimenez currently serves as the Section Chief in Hospital Medicine at Sharon Hospital.
Throughout his career, he has placed a strong emphasis on the quality of care, ensuring that each patient is treated as an individual with their unique needs addressed. With over 10 years of experience, he has developed a comprehensive approach to health management, aiming to combine well-rounded care with aesthetics.
With his unwavering commitment to patient well-being, his dedication to family, and his diverse range of interests, Jean-Carlos Jimenez continues to make a positive impact in the field of medicine, striving to enhance the lives of those he serves through holistic care and a personal touch.
